Round 5… Representing “Stupid Dumb Breast Cancer”…

Treatment went smoothly today. No allergic reactions, and chemo was administered a lot quicker this time, only over one hr as apposed to the almost 2 hrs last time. My wonderful sister in law, Jodie, was my chemo buddy today:)

I went into battle today with my “Stupid Dumb Breast Cancer” armour. And shoes only fit for a warrior!

20130312-184008.jpgPlease support Ann Marie’s cause. Her raw take on stupid dumb breast cancer is so inspiring. I luv this beautiful warrior.

I am more prepared mentally and armed with good pain meds this round. I won’t let this affect my fight like it did last time. I will keep you all posted on the outcome of this cycle of neupogen shots, which should go more smoothly thanks to my doctors prescription. I chose hope not fear.

You are such an inspiration! i love your blog and i it has already helped me on my journey. I had my first chemo yesteday. So far I am doing ok. Nothing really bad and hoping it will stay that way! i had my lymph node mapping last week and they removed 3 lymph nodes that had cancer in them. I have scans on the 21rst to see if it has gone anywhere else. hoping and praying it did not! You stay strong and keep on inspiring me! Debbie

@ Sarah… yes, Cheri was a total movie star at the chemo clinic that day! She changed poses, swapped hair styles, added shoes and glasses and had A LOT of fun… even bringing smiles to other patients and nurses so even better! 🙂 She is beautiful and I love the fact she is so confident to show it! Cheri is a true superstar. xxx
